This Talent Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ECDMA and the “Participant”  regarding the Participant’s participation in the media or activity, e.g., an interview, video recording, photo shoot (the “Media”) for the ECDMA Global Awards program.

By signing this Agreement, you agree to the following:

  1. Grant of Rights: You hereby grant ECDMA, its affiliates, successors, and assigns, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information (collectively, “Likeness”) in connection with the Media and the ECDMA Global Awards program, including but not limited to:

    • Reproducing, distributing, displaying, and performing the Media in any format, including on the ECDMA website, social media, marketing materials, and press releases.

    • Editing, modifying, and creating derivative works from the Media.

  2. No Compensation: You acknowledge that you are participating in the Media voluntarily and will not receive any compensation for your participation.

  3. Release of Claims: You hereby release and forever discharge ECDMA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind or nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of your Likeness in the Media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

  4. Warranties and Representations: You represent and warrant that:

    • You have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights granted herein.

    • The use of your Likeness in the Media will not violate any rights of any third party, including any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

  5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

  7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
