Usage Rights

Winners receive a limited license to use ECDMA Global Awards name and logos for:

  • Email signatures and business cards
  • Social media profiles and posts
  • Presentations and proposals
  • Resumes and professional profiles (individual winners)

Usage Guidelines

  • Be accurate: Always include the correct year and category
  • Don’t modify: Use logos as provided without alteration
  • Stay proportional: Award logos should not dominate your own branding
  • No false claims: Don’t imply endorsement beyond your specific award

After Winning

  1. Confirmation: You’ll receive a notification within 48 hours of the official publication date
  2. Assets: Digital certificates and logos will be provided via email
  3. Shipping: Physical trophies are shipped within 4-6 weeks (subject to location)
  4. Announcement: You may publicly announce your winner status after the official publication date

Important Notes

  • Physical trophy delivery is subject to shipping availability and export regulations
  • Winners are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Replacement trophies are not offered except for shipping errors
