He leads mobile strategy and architecture at Rostelecom, where he oversees the development of large-scale products including My Rostelecom, Smart Home, and Rostelecom Key, transforming them into performance-driven, data-centric ecosystems that support customer engagement, billing, payments, and digital revenue growth.
