What makes the program credible
- Invitation-only jury: judges are selected based on outstanding, verifiable professional achievements and relevant category expertise.
- Published scoring approach: categories follow a defined evaluation framework, with criteria and weights published in advance.
- Clear minimum standards: a category may have no winner if submissions do not meet the excellence threshold.
- Conflict-of-interest safeguards: judges must disclose conflicts and recuse where applicable.
