Submitting a nomination for the ECDMA Global Awards is an investment in showcasing your achievements and gaining recognition for your exceptional work in e-commerce and digital marketing. Our nomination fees cover the administrative costs associated with processing applications, facilitating the judging process, and celebrating the achievements of our winners. This includes providing all winners with a digital certificate and one complimentary printed certificate.
Celebrating Your Success
Every winner will receive a digital certificate and one high-quality printed certificate with free delivery to commemorate their achievement. Should winners desire additional printed certificates, premium certificate options, or a trophy, these can be purchased separately. Winners will receive a dedicated link to place an order after the award announcements. Pricing for these additional items will be shared before the winners are announced.
Awards Ceremony
Details about the Awards Ceremony, including the venue, date, and ticket prices, will be announced at a later date. We encourage all winners to join us in celebrating their success at this prestigious event.
Secure Payment with Stripe
We use Stripe, a leading global payment processor, to ensure secure and reliable transactions. We accept all major debit and credit cards supported by Stripe, providing you with a seamless and convenient payment experience.
Expedite Your Judging
For a fee of €200, you can opt for express judging, ensuring your application is reviewed by a dedicated panel of experienced judges within 15 days, rather than waiting for the standard judging period concluding in April 2025.
Important Notes
Non-Refundable Fees: The nomination fee is a processing fee for evaluating your application. As soon as we receive your nomination, our team begins the review and evaluation process. Therefore, all nomination fees are non-refundable, even if a nomination is withdrawn or rejected.
Application Integrity: The ECDMA Global Awards Organizing Committee and Jury reserve the right to reject any nomination found to contain false or misleading information. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We encourage all nominees to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their submissions.
Payment Process
- Once you have completed the Nomination Form, you will be able to securely enter your payment details directly on the form using our built-in Stripe integration.
- Review your payment information and confirm the transaction.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment, verifying your nomination submission.
