Alina Selyanina
Alina Selyanina is a retail-development executive specializing in business growth, chain expansion, and the creation of scalable operating models. As Director of Retail Chain Development at Ruskus, she has played a central role in transforming the company’s retail structure and supporting its transition toward a more standardized and sustainable growth model.
Between 2021 and 2024, Alina contributed to the expansion of Ruskus from four to seven stores, while annual revenue increased from RUB 28.1 million to RUB 461.1 million. During the same period, the volume of flowers sold grew from more than 305,000 stems to 2.99 million stems. Her work combines strategic planning, operational standardization, performance management, and practical retail execution across multiple locations.
In recognition of her contribution to retail-chain development and business scaling, Alina was honored at the BIBA Global Awards 2025 as the winner of Retail Chain Growth Leader of the Year.
