Aliya Bolek

Aliya Bolek is a financial analyst, investment strategist, and founder of Aliya Capital Academy and IP Bolek, an online edtech business focused on financial education and investment training. Since 2021, she has trained hundreds of private investors annually through proprietary programs that combine algorithmic trading models, behavioral finance, and disciplined risk-management strategies designed for volatile markets.

She is an international conference speaker and author of research on portfolio management, ESG integration, crisis markets, and automated trading systems. Recognized at the national level for advancing financial literacy and investment education, she received the State Medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (For Distinguished Labor) in 2023 along with an official presidential commendation.
