Anna Topalidi 🇵🇱

Anna is a backend engineer with over 10 years of experience in civic technology, modular platform architecture, and open-source development. At Pokecode, she leads backend development for large-scale digital participation platforms based on Decidim, serving public institutions across Europe. Anna co-authored the blockchain-based voting integration Decidim–Vocdoni, enabling secure, verifiable digital elections. Her work has supported governments in Spain, Switzerland, and Canada, and has been featured in international media. She is also an advocate for inclusive digital design and a contributor to the global open-source community.
