Equally experienced in offline retail, I lead various functions in offline retail, including strategy, sales, franchisee network development, key accounts, category, and merchandising at Reliance Retail and Reliance Infocomm. I built the first Reliance digital Xpress concept store, which was later converted into Jio stores.

As a business leader in building digital capabilities, I lead multiple digital transformation and omnichannel commerce initiatives, such as Unified CRM for dealers, distributors, and retail, the first headless commerce platform on IBM WCS stack, and Sterling OMS.

As AI is adding vast capabilities to human intelligence, I am working to build a platform to augment the capabilities of SMEs to build positive unit economics and scale.
