With over 8 years of experience in digital communications and HR technology, he specializes in building scalable solutions across high-impact product environments. In 2024, Denis led the launch of browser-based voice calls on hh.ru — a first in the regional market — enabling real-time employer-candidate communication with integrated analytics. His work has set new industry standards and is now being adapted for platforms across Central Asia. Denis is also a certified Agile trainer, mentor, and speaker in the PM community.
