
Ken Kralick 🇫🇷
Ken Kralick is a seasoned global e-commerce executive with extensive experience in leading digital sales and transformation initiatives across various industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of E-commerce and E-Business at Moët Hennessy, where he oversaw global online sales for the Wine & Spirits Division of LVMH Group. In this role, Ken managed direct-to-consumer e-commerce efforts, including owned and operated sites and marketplace platforms, and led indirect e-retail business globally. He also served as CEO of Clos19.com in Europe and was a board member of Dioniso S.r.l., overseeing Tannico and Vente à la Propriété e-commerce platforms.
Prior to his tenure at Moët Hennessy, Ken held several key positions at PUMA Group over nearly seven years. As Global Director of E-commerce, he managed the B2C sales channel and digital go-to-market strategies for B2B2C wholesale digital sales. He also served as Head of Global E-commerce and Head of E-commerce for Europe, where he was instrumental in transitioning the direct-to-consumer business from an outsourced model to a fully in-house operation, significantly expanding PUMA’s online presence across multiple platforms.
Ken’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Byers Creek, LLC, a digital consulting firm that provided e-commerce consulting services to global brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Lacoste, PUMA, and Tarte Cosmetics. His technical expertise and strategic insights have been pivotal in balancing brand marketing, distribution, and IT considerations for these companies.
Ken holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Leicester and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Mass Communications and Speech Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato. His diverse background and leadership in e-commerce make him a valuable asset in driving digital transformation and growth in the global marketplace.
