Michelle Hsiao is the CEO/Founder of Revenue Growth Advisors (RGA), a consultancy and Fractional COO practice for product-based businesses in retail, ecommerce and wholesale/DTC brands. Previously she led merchandising teams as a Senior Vice President with Boscov’s Department Store, Group Vice President for Macy’s and Chief Merchant/Head of Ecommerce for an online marketplace. She also serves as a Fractional COO for clients focused on process, operations, manufacturing and profitability improvement.
