Natella Horodetska 🇺🇸

Natella Horodetska is an award-winning educator, entrepreneur, and thought leader in cognitive child development and digital learning. With over 15 years of experience and multiple master’s degrees in pedagogy, educational management, and legal studies, she has dedicated her career to innovative teaching methodologies for children, including those with special needs.

After successfully launching four intellectual development centers under the SMARTUM franchise in Ukraine, Natella moved to the U.S. and continued her mission through Montessori-based teaching and neuro-cognitive training. In 2025, she founded Neuro Mental Math LLC, a pioneering educational company that integrates mental arithmetic with neuroplasticity techniques.

Her most notable innovation is the development of a proprietary online mental arithmetic platform, designed to enhance attention, memory, and fine motor skills. This adaptive, inclusive program—used by hundreds of children in pilot phases—has proven especially effective for neurodivergent learners and has been recognized by educators and parents alike for its measurable impact.

Natella’s work has been featured in national media and cited in international scientific journals. She is a member of leading educational and neurodevelopment associations, including WAMAS and AUSM. Her contributions have been honored with the Queen Anne Order and recognition from Ukraine’s Ministry of Education.
