He was the driving force in implementing cross-functional solutions across departments and enhancing the company’s visibility and transparency with clients. This not only strengthened our brand presence both online and offline but also fostered a new data-driven decision-making culture within the team, improving our approach to both new and existing partnerships.

- Earned certifications from Google, Meta, Moloco, Adjust, and AppsFlyer
- The Business Development team attended 20 conferences across North America and Europe in 2024 to build partnerships and increase brand awareness. Our conference presence is now expanding to South America
- Acquired 108 new clients in 2024
- Company headcount grew by 20% over the past year which partially was the result of increased brand awareness
- Has successfully launched a series of events organized by AdQuantum across Europe, either independently or in collaboration with partners. So far, we have hosted seven major events—three in Limassol, two in Vilnius, one in Warsaw, and one in London.
