Tamara Peric 🇳🇱

My name is Tamara Peric, and I currently serve as a Vice President of eCommerce Trading at adidas, where I lead a diverse team of 75 professionals in a multi-country operation, generating over $1 billion in revenue. In this role, I focus on driving profitable growth, optimizing marketing and merchandising investments, and building best-in-class consumer experiences across diverse markets. With over 25 years of experience in the Retail and eCommerce sectors – including positions at adidas, Nike, Converse, Staples, and Avon Cosmetics – I have gained a deep understanding of the industry, across the United States, Latin America and Europe.
As a leader, I have cultivated a next-gen high-performance culture that values well-being and personal growth. Through mentorship and talent development initiatives, I have championed inclusivity and created an environment where individuals feel empowered to push boundaries and thrive.

Outside of work, my passion for wellness and sports translates into discipline and resilience—qualities I bring to my professional life. Whether I am training for a triathlon, or enjoying family ski and hiking trips, I am committed to maintaining balance and health, setting a positive example for both my family and my colleagues.

As a mother of three, I am determined to inspire both my children and professional teams to be resilient, compassionate, and impactful. My ambition is to leave a legacy that integrates the successes and values of my personal life with the innovation and transformation I bring to my professional journey.

I hold an Executive MBA from Boston University and a BSBA in MIS & Finance from Boston University.
