1. Select Your Category

Carefully choose the award category and subcategory that best aligns with your achievements and the area where you’ve made a significant impact. Our diverse range of categories covers various aspects of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, ensuring there’s a suitable category for every deserving candidate.

2. Complete the Nomination Form

Once you’ve identified the appropriate category, you’ll be directed to the online nomination form. Provide detailed information about your work, including:

• Your achievements: Clearly describe your accomplishments and successes in the chosen category.

• Challenges overcome: Highlight any obstacles you faced and how you overcame them to achieve your goals.

• Impact on the industry: Explain the significance of your work and its influence on the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing landscape.

Be clear, concise, and compelling in your writing! Attach supporting documents, such as data, testimonials, case studies, or media coverage, to strengthen your application.

3. Review and Pay

Before submitting your nomination, thoroughly review all information for accuracy and completeness. Then, proceed to the payment section to complete the nomination fee via Stripe. Ensure you submit your application before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ECDMA Global Awards, nominees must meet the following criteria:

• Relevance: The nominated work must be directly related to E-Commerce or Digital Marketing.

• Timeframe: Achievements should have been accomplished within the past 36 months prior to the nomination deadline.

• Originality and Innovation: Nominees should demonstrate originality, creativity, and innovation in their work.

• Measurable Results: Provide evidence of tangible results and positive impact, supported by data or testimonials.

Judging Process

Standard Judging Period:

The standard judging period will take place from March 16, 2025, to April 5, 2025. Our esteemed panel of judges will carefully review and evaluate all submitted applications based on the specific criteria outlined for each category. Winners will be determined through a rigorous scoring process, ensuring fairness and recognizing outstanding achievements in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.

Winners Announcement:

Winners of the ECDMA Global Awards will be officially announced in late April 2025. Details regarding the announcement format and celebration will be communicated to all finalists in advance.

Express Judging (Optional):

For applicants who seek expedited feedback and wish to accelerate their application review process, we offer an Express Judging option.

Benefits of Express Judging:

• Faster Feedback: Receive detailed feedback from a dedicated panel of experienced judges within 15 days of submitting your application.

• Increased Chances of Success: Gain valuable insights sooner, allowing you to potentially refine your application and strengthen your chances of winning.

• Time Savings: Get your results quicker, freeing up your time to focus on other priorities.

How Express Judging Works:

1. Select the Option: Choose the “Express Judging” option during the application submission process.

2. Pay the Fee: A fee of €200 is applicable for Express Judging.

3. Dedicated Panel Review: Your application will be reviewed by a specialized panel of judges with extensive expertise in your chosen category.

4. Receive Feedback: You will receive detailed feedback on your application within 15 days.

Important Notes:

• Express Judging is available for all award categories.

• The €200 fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the judging process.

• Express Judging does not guarantee that you will win an award.

• The final decision on all award winners rests with the ECDMA Global Awards judging panel.
