This Talent Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Community Management LTD (the Organizer of the ECDMA Global Awards) and the individual participating in media activities (“Participant”). This Agreement governs participation in an interview, video recording, audio recording, photo shoot, written Q&A, or similar media activity (the “Media”) relating to the Awards Program.

1. Grant of rights

The Participant grants the Organizer and its affiliates, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Participant’s name, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information (“Likeness”) in connection with the Media and the Awards Program, including for:

  • publishing and distributing the Media on the awards website and social media;
  • press releases and marketing materials related to the Awards Program;
  • archival and historical materials about the Awards Program.

2. Ownership and editing

The Organizer owns the Media it creates and may edit, adapt, or modify the Media for length, clarity, and formatting, provided the meaning is not materially misrepresented.

3. No compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that no compensation is provided for the rights granted under this Agreement.

4. Representations

The Participant represents that:

  • they have the right to grant the permissions described in this Agreement;
  • their participation and statements will not infringe third-party rights;
  • they understand the Media may be accessible globally once published.

5. Withdrawal

If the Participant later withdraws consent for future use, the Organizer will consider the request, but cannot guarantee removal of all prior distributions (e.g., press or third-party reposts). Reasonable efforts may be made to remove the Media from channels directly controlled by the Organizer where feasible.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
